  1. 01 / 06

    Liquidity sweep

Price dips under the last low where stops are resting, then closes back above it.

    Low taken by 14 pips

  2. 02 / 06

    Order block

The last down candle before the strong move. Buyers stepped in here.

    Zone 32 pips

  3. 03 / 06

    Fair value gap

The fast move left a gap. Price often comes back to fill part of it.

    Gap 28 pips

  4. 04 / 06

    Entry

Price returns into the gap. We buy here, and only here.

    4,064.0

  5. 05 / 06

    Stop loss

Below the sweep. If price trades there, the idea is wrong and the loss is 1% of the account.

    −45 pips · 1%

  6. 06 / 06

    Take profit

At the old high, where the next orders sit. Three times the risk.

The Trade Edge Method

Six steps, in the same order, every time.

The checklist our mentors run on every chart, and the one you will run too.

01 / 06

Analyze

Start on the higher timeframe and decide which way price is leaning before you look for anything to trade.

02 / 06

Identify

Mark the one zone where you would act, an order block or a gap, and ignore everything else on the screen.

03 / 06

Confirm

Wait for price to reach the zone and show its hand: a sweep of the lows, then a strong push away.

04 / 06

Execute

Entry, stop and target are written down before the click, and the position size comes from the stop.

05 / 06

Manage

Move the stop only by your rules, take partial profit where you planned to, and leave the trade alone in between.

06 / 06

Review

Every trade goes in the journal, win or lose, and the journal gets read every week.

Risk first

We teach risk before profit. Try it.

Most new traders choose a lot size by feel. We teach it as arithmetic: decide what one trade is allowed to cost, measure the stop, and let the numbers set the size. It is one of the first calculations every student learns.

Assumes a USD account. Pip value is $10 per standard lot on XAUUSD (a 0.10 move), EURUSD and GBPUSD. Lots round down to 0.01. Check your broker’s contract specification.

Questions

Before you join.

No. The first phase starts with how the forex and gold markets work, what pips, lots and leverage mean, and how to read a chart. Many students have never placed a trade.

Both. Classes run at the Johar, DHA and North Nazimabad campuses in Karachi, and online. [confirm: class days and timings for each campus and online]

None to learn. Practise on a demo account first, and when you do trade, only use money you can afford to lose. [confirm: the academy's suggested starting capital, if any]

You will analyse live gold and forex charts with a mentor during market hours. Whether you place real trades, and when, is your decision.

You leave with a written trading plan of your own. [confirm: what students get after week 12, such as community access or review sessions]
